While 2020 may have seen many small businesses scrambling, we were able to adapt and hang in there with everything else going on around us. For 2021, we’ve made some very hefty business goals for ourselves to help us with our expansion and growth.
Product Goals
- To add new products more frequently.
- To have seasonal products added earlier (i.e. holiday specific items)
- To have more variety of products that we offer.
- To add more custom created and designed items.
Business Goals
- To find supplies/suppliers whose quality matches our standards.
- To increase sales.
- To be able to hire more employees.
- To expand into our own building.
