When it comes to creating our personalized products, embroidery is usually the best way to go. Even creating our designs that you would want to last, you should usually opt for embroidered over sublimation or even heat transfer vinyl (HTV). While sublimation may fade over time and HTV will eventually peel, embroidery’s permanence keeps it from fading or coming apart.
When we embroider an item (either for design or to personalize), we use the appropriate stabilizer, and once the item has been embroidered, we put a soft interfacing on the inside so there are no itchy, stiff threads.
