Processing time is 3-5 business days as these may be sewn when ordered if requesting personalization. Processing time does not include shipping which is an additional 3-5 days. If needed sooner, a RUSH upgrade can be selected during checkout for an additional cost, please message us first.

Returns are not accepted on personalized items unless the mistake was made on our end.
