Some days you sit back and look over what you’re doing and what you have accomplished and you ask yourself, “Is it worth it? Are you doing what you said you would do?”
I began this business in October 2019. It began with a single focus of children’s clothing that was cute, good quality, and affordable. I loved the idea of being creative and sewing. It seemed like the perfect fit, especially since I needed a way to decompress after teaching all day, and sewing is my favorite pastime.
Choosing a name was easy. I based it on the names of my grandchildren at the time who were my inspiration for the products that were created. Kole and Rose, I hope, will have the opportunity to work in the business one day. Even if they don’t sew, but manage, it will be a worthwhile endeavor. I know things may change and the business itself my shift positions, but the things that matter the most will stay the same no matter what: Cute, Affordable, Quality Clothes.
